- Take time each day to pray and read God’s Word, it will transform your outlook
- If you look like your old passport photo, take a holiday; you need it
- What goes up must come down, cut back on caffeine and sugar
- Eat right i.e. a balanced diet
- Exercise three to five times a week for 30 minutes
- Develop better time management habits
- Make room in your life for fun and relaxation
- Get eight hours of sleep when possible
- Maintain your sense of humour (Proverbs 17:22 NLT A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength.)
- Start counting your blessings (Psalms 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits)
- Say the right things to yourself and others around you
- Simplify your life by eliminating clutters – if you haven’t used it for two years you probably don’t need it
- Forgive; Grudges are too heavy to carry (Matthew 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.)
