Blame the central heating for legs looking rough & flaky, scratchy hips because when air is heated up it sucks moisture out of the skin. Use humidifiers as it helps to moisturise the air as does a saucer of water near a radiator. Drink plenty of water during winter to retain water from the body, follow each shower with lotion and add nourishing oil to vegetables and salads to help keep the skin nourished from within.{jcomments on} |
