US Weekly magazine reported on Wednesday that Beyoncé Knowles is pregnant with her first child calling it a "gift from God". The 29 year old star, who is married to rapper Jay-Z, is said to be "shocked" but pleased at the news. She had told friends she wanted to start a family but had wanted to complete a world tour and finish her latest album…. sorry it didn’t work out as you planned lol. News of the pregnancy was revealed by celebrity magazine US Weekly. A spokesman for Beyoncé has refused to comment on the report. Beyoncé is said to be in her first trimester which is less than 14 weeks. Earlier this year the singer had expressed her desire to start a family saying she "definitely" wants to have children with her husband.
