Beyonce has made her first public appearance since giving birth to baby Ivy Blue Carter a month ago and she’s looking amazing with no unwanted lump or bump. She was supporting hubby Jay-Z at Carnegie Hall to benefit United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation concert. Beyonce wore an elegant Alice Temperly dress teamed with Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz jewels, a quirky Alexander McQueen clutch bag and a pair of sparkly Christian Louboutin heels.
