How to use Coconut Oil as a Hair Treatment
After Shampoo, apply a quarter size amount in you hand, rub hands together and apply all over hair. Pay special attention to the ends of the hair, cover with a plastic cap or Clingfilm and leave in for 45 minutes. Rinse hair afterwards. A gentle shampoo can be used to remove excess oil if necessary.
