Causes of cellulite: There are several factors that cause cellulites; these factors are diet rich in fat, carbohydrates or salt, lifestyle factors such as smokers, genetics such as slow metabolism, and hormonal factors.

Here is a few tips on how to banish those nasty cellulites

Take regular briskly walks which will help tone your bottom & thigh muscles.

Do regular exercises such as thigh raises, ballet thigh, thigh chair and pony kick.

Eat food/fruits rich in antioxidants such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries olives and nuts.

Drink green tea which is rich in antioxidants and helps to detox your body
