It has now been confirmed that Rachel Bilson 28, and Hayden Christensen 29, have called off their 18 month engagement. The split between the two actors is now permanent reason being work commitments and the distance between them ( Rach based in LA while Hayden was in Canada). 'It just wasn't working out,' the friend told People, adding that Bilson was 'focusing on her career, spending time with her family and just moving forward.'
The couple met on the set of Jumper in 2007,becoming engaged in December 2008.
