There is nothing so annoying as a room that doesn’t have a built in wardrobe and you have tons of clothes that you need to hang. Temporary wardrobe is the best way to keep your clothes nice and tied on a budget, especially when you have a small room/space.
Initially we wanted to buy a solid wooden wardrobe which would have cost us a lot of money but the biggest issue we had is that we are not planning to stay in the house we are currently in for long, and we didn’t want to go through the hassle of dismantling the wardrobe when moving houses. So our best option was to buy a temporary wardrobe which will be cheaper, serve the purpose and super easy to dismantle while moving houses.
Originally we were thinking of buying clothes hanging rail but then we were faced with the dilemma of how to keep the dust away from the clothes so we opted for a canvas wardrobe hanging rail.
We bought Songmics canvas wardrobe cupboard clothes hanging rail storage shelves in black from Amazon and was just the perfect storage solution for our needs. This wardrobe offers extra space both for your longer outfits and folded clothes. The hanging rods on the sides and the shelves in the middle make this wardrobe sturdy and balanced. According to the manufacture the wardrobe has the load capacity of each layer: 5kg, hanging rod: 15kg, pipe diameter: 16mm.
The canvas wardrobe cost less than £30 which makes it cheaper, stylish, spacious (size W 150 x D 45 x H 175 cm) with 2 movable hanging rods, 9 storage shelves for folded clothes. The parts come in separate bags which makes the assemble process easy. The wardrobe comes with a cover which keep your items away from dust and easy to clean.
Easy to assemble no tools needed: When installing the wardrobe insert the metal poles in the holes of the plastic joints, then put on the shelves and cover, don’t assemble the frames first on their own as you will have to dismantle them and start again. Use your palm to give the plastic connectors and the rods a good clout to make the wardrobe stable. However you need to be careful as the plastic connectors can break and there only one spare of each.
Overall I will give this canvas wardrobe a 7/10
